His Hands Church provides this app to help people move to Church Center, watch the current sermon, and find giving and recurring-gift management links. This policy describes the current replacement app and related support communications. It does not replace the policies of third-party apps and websites you choose to use.

1. Using the app
You can view the app's public content without creating a His Hands app account or providing your name, email address, or payment information. The app does not contain a donation form, store payment-card details, or create a personal profile in its sermon database.
This version has no church-added advertising or app-usage analytics tools. It has no features that request your contacts, precise location, camera, or microphone. Embedded videos and linked services have their own data practices, described below.
2. Sermon delivery and technical information
The app retrieves public sermon information from a database hosted by Supabase. When your device connects to this service, the service receives technical information needed to respond to the request, such as your IP address, request time, and requested resource. Hosting and network services may process or log technical information for operation, security, and troubleshooting.
The sermon database contains church-published content. The app does not ask visitors to submit personal information to that database.

3. YouTube videos
The app embeds a YouTube player. Loading the player connects your device to Google/YouTube, even before you choose to play a video. Google/YouTube may receive technical and usage information, including your IP address and device or browser information, and may use cookies or similar technologies under its policies. Your signed-in status and privacy settings may affect how it processes information.
You can also use the app's Watch on YouTube link to open the video outside the app.

4. Church Center and giving services
The app links to Church Center, provided by Planning Center, for church connection and giving. It also links to Subsplash so existing donors can manage or cancel recurring gifts during the transition.
Account creation, donations, payment entry, and recurring-gift management take place in those services. They and their payment providers process the information you provide under their own privacy policies. His Hands Church may receive account, contact, and donation information through the services you use for church participation, donation administration, and donor support. The replacement app itself does not receive or store your payment-card or bank-account details.

Sermon notes may also link to other sites, including Buzzsprout for audio when provided. Visiting an external site subjects that interaction to the site's own privacy practices.
5. Support communications
If you email it@hishandschurch.com, the church receives your email address and anything you include in your message, such as your name, device details, screenshots, or a description of an issue. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, and maintain the app. Our email and support service providers may process the correspondence to deliver those services.
Please avoid including passwords, verification codes, full payment details, or other sensitive information in an app support request.
6. Use, disclosure, and retention
We use information received in connection with this app to deliver public content, respond to requests, maintain service reliability, and address security issues. The church does not sell personal information received through this app or use it for targeted advertising.
Information may be handled by service providers supporting these activities, by authorized church personnel responding to requests, and when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements or protect the security of our services. The independent practices of YouTube and linked providers are described in their policies.
Support correspondence is retained as needed to address the request, maintain relevant records, and meet applicable obligations. Technical-log retention depends on the relevant service and its configuration. This app does not maintain a personal user account that must be deleted to stop using its public features.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
You can stop using or uninstall the app at any time. You can manage accounts, privacy settings, and recurring gifts directly with Church Center, Subsplash, or other services you use. Uninstalling this app does not cancel a recurring donation or delete an account with another service.
For questions or requests to access, correct, or delete personal information held by His Hands Church in connection with this app or app support, contact it@hishandschurch.com. We may need information to verify and locate your request and may retain records where required or permitted by applicable law.
8. Children's privacy
The app provides public church content and does not include child registration, personal profiles, or forms requesting children's personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information to the church through app support may contact it@hishandschurch.com.
9. Processing locations and security
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use HTTPS connections for the app's sermon requests and linked destinations and take reasonable steps to protect information we handle. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy when the app's features or data practices change. The version published on this page will show the updated date.
